Welcome, so at a previous 40% off sale at goodwill I found this dark wood hutch top. At 7.50 i wasn't leaving without it. You know that groove you get in while thrifting you find something you love and no matter how large it is you will find away to get it home.
Every thing in my home crys farmhouse I just wasn't feeling the dark wood so against the opinions of everyone in my home they advised me, Nov! Don't Paint it you'll ruin it. Well of course I didn't listen I went forward with my plan to give her a white distressed look. I'm loving it! So glad I painted it. I'm sure there are some out there that will say....why did you Paint that you've ruined it. Let's take a look. Love to know what you think.
So there you have it....I did not paint the interior i plan on using some peel n stick wallpaper. I collect vintage cutters so I dangled a few to display.

What projects are keeping you busy these days?I say do what ever makes you happy! Even if its a forbidden paint job. There's something so relaxing about an afternoon spent painting.
