A Hidden Away winter Cocoa and Snack Bar!

Welcome! I have a surprise for my family and friends. Come take a look!

It's right behind the cabinet doors! A place I can surprise guests and family. Let's open the doors....

Wether it's a steamy cup of coffee or cocoa topped with marshmellows.  A caramel salted spoon for mixing, or maybe some fresh popped corn. A new airpopper supplies  a buttery snack while watching a favorite Christmas movie. Salted shelled peanuts as well as mixed nuts . Oh and most important candy! There are also mixed flavors of oatmeal for a quick breakfast on the go. The coffee pot supplies steaming water as needed.

Just a gathering of special holiday treats that bring cheer.

This little elf is enjoying some snacks
The airpopper was a Walmart find for about 20$ no need for oil.

When I want I can simply close the doors. No matter what you gather for a cocoa bar your family will enjoy the holiday cheer.

Thankyou for stopping in today, hoping you are enjoying the holiday season!

A Fun Christmas ThriftStore Haul!

Hi and welcome! As the holidays swiftly approach we scamper about to decorate, bake and shop. As many know we had Hurricane Ian come through. It left many homeless and claimed many lives as the ocean water flooded most lands. I was fortunate to just have my storage sheds and porch flooded, the water never made it into the house although just another couple inches we would have lost everything. Unfortunately all my Christmas decor washed out to the flooded streets.

I have always loved shopping the thriftstores in hopes of finding some Christmas vintage decor. So my son and I headed out to our local Goodwill  , we had a great time  shopping in thier Christmas department. We found some great treasures. Let's take a look.

First up a cute wood and iron sled. An oil painting ,a winter scene with a big surprise but we will talk about that later.
A very heavy iron lantern including a big candle for 5.99, a wooden reindeer   for 1.99
A cute pillow for 2.99,a tall wooden snowman for 1.99
A festive table runner, a bag of snowman, heart bowlfiller
The first bag is a Pinecone garland for 1.99 also 1.99 for the snowman bowl fillers. Also a bag of pine picks for 2.99
This pretty candle holder sled was 1.99
A cute little polish girl handcrafted in Poland and a cute little pine tree .99 each
A cute wooden cutout candle holder 1.99
A new set of lights never used and a sign 3$ for

I could resist these great pasta bowls 6 for 2.99.

This is how I used some items so far

Snowmen bowl fillers
Pinecone garland and the pine picks works great on the dining room shelf.

After the thrift store we went to Hobby Lobby where we found all Christmas 60% off.A fun day spent. Thanks for letting us share our finds.
Wondering if you also like to shop your local thrift stores? Never know what treasures you will find
